More about Bochs

Bochs is the famous PC emulator for Android. It includes Intel x86 processor emulation, common I/O devices and custom BIOS. With it you can emulate many x86 processors: from the earliest to Intel and AMD x86-64. The program runs most operating systems inside the emulation: Linux, DOS or Microsoft Windows.

The most popular task of the Bochs emulator is to fully emulate an x86 computer, including the x86 processor, hardware devices and memory. You can run programs inside the emulator and use the desktop.

How to use the program

  • No third-party programs are needed to run the mouse. The touchpad and volume mouse buttons are emulated. Clicking on the screen is equal to clicking the left mouse button.
  • Back = BackSpace, Menu = Enter

The emulator has Windows XP installed. You can use it as on a normal computer using the program's backup memory.
